Day two — Côte de Nuits: two domaines in the morning, the Clos de Vougeot wall at midday, and nothing scheduled after four o'clock.
Day three — Côte de Beaune, whites in the morning while the palate is clean, then a long lunch in Meursault and an afternoon in the vineyards on foot.
Day four — One last appointment if the domaine can take you, otherwise a slow morning, the Saturday market, and the drive to Lyon or Paris.
