The private brief
Your cellar, palate, travel style, preferred pace, dates, and the reason for going become one written point of view.

Prestige Vin journeys · Arranged through Velluto Travel
One party, one itinerary, and the introductions that only happen when someone in the region already knows your name. You come home understanding why the bottle in your cellar tastes the way it does.

The distinction
The region is not the product. The product is the judgment: whom to meet, what to taste, where to stay, when to leave space, and which details deserve to return home with you.
The journey begins with the producers, bottles, regions, and questions that genuinely matter to you—not a prebuilt route with tastings inserted afterward.
Appointments, meals, hotels, private drivers, and unstructured time are edited into a rhythm. More is not automatically better.
Every journey is designed for one client party. Shared motorcoaches, public tasting circuits, and fixed departures are outside the model.
Tasting notes, producer contacts, bottles to revisit, and follow-up sourcing remain connected to your advisory relationship and Prestige Cellar.

An introduction, not an itinerary from a shelf.
One journey · Two houses
Conceives the wine narrative, producer priorities, tasting sequence, dining point of view, and the collection counsel that follows the journey home.
Arranges the itinerary, hotels, preferred benefits, private transportation, air, dining, and travel logistics through its advisory relationships and networks.
The Journey Folio
The Folio is the living record of the journey: the decisions before departure, the private composition on the ground, and what remains useful afterward.
Your cellar, palate, travel style, preferred pace, dates, and the reason for going become one written point of view.
Producers, private appointments, comparative tastings, restaurant cellars, and bottles worth placing in context are sequenced deliberately.
Velluto Travel arranges the hotels, private transfers, air, dining, and preferred benefits around the wine narrative conceived by Prestige Vin.
The wines, notes, relationships, and next acquisitions return home with you and remain privately accessible through Prestige Cellar.
The regions
Every region changes with the season, the access, and the traveler. These are places we return to with new questions—not products held on a shelf.

Climats, private cellars, and introductions that reward context.

Left Bank architecture, Right Bank intimacy, and the estates between them.

Sangiovese, private villas, and the table as a way of understanding place.

Mountain producers, valley icons, and a new guard worth knowing personally.

Altitude, landscape, and a wine culture changing faster than the guidebooks.
A day in private
A private appointment with enough time for the family, the place, and the vintages to make sense together.
Lunch where the wine list and the kitchen belong in the same conversation—without rushing toward the next reservation.
A second introduction, a walk through the vines, or time deliberately left open when the first visit becomes something more.
A car at six, a room you do not have to think about, and dinner close enough that nobody has to be brave about it. Three appointments is a good day. Four is a day you will not remember.
Engagement
Two to eight travelers for the most private style of access
Four to six months; longer for harvest and milestone dates
Journey design and wine advisory, quoted in writing after the brief. Most journeys sit in the range of a Cellar Audit or above; the proposal states the number before anything is booked.
Hotels, air, transportation, dining, and logistics arranged through Velluto Travel
Every proposal states the Prestige Vin professional fee, Velluto Travel planning terms, expected deposits, cancellation conditions, and third-party costs before arrangements are confirmed.
Private questions
Prestige Vin conceives the wine journey and remains responsible for its wine point of view. Velluto Travel is our affiliated private travel advisory and arranges the itinerary, hotels, transportation, air, dining, and travel logistics. You experience one coordinated relationship, with each house accountable for its area of expertise.
Four to six months is ideal for most private journeys. Harvest, milestone dates, sought-after estates, and limited suites at small hotels may require more time. Closer-in travel is sometimes possible when the brief is focused.
Two to eight travelers is the natural range for the most private appointments. Larger family or company groups can be arranged, but the style of access, transportation, dining, and service must be designed differently.
No serious private advisor should guarantee another house's hospitality. We request and coordinate access through relationships and preferred networks, then design the journey around what can be confirmed at the right standard.
Prestige Vin's journey-design and wine-advisory fee is presented in writing after the brief. Velluto Travel arranges hotels and travel services and discloses its planning terms. Hotels, transportation, dining, wine, experiences, and incidentals are paid separately as specified in the proposal.
Yes. The regions shown are starting points, not a catalog. Champagne, Piedmont, Rioja, Portugal, the Rhône, South Africa, Australia, and multi-region journeys can be considered when the access, timing, and brief support them.
