A private wine advisor at the service of a client

    Standing private counsel

Someone who already knows your cellar.

One number for all of it: what to open tonight, what to buy at Thursday's release, what to send the client who just closed, and the bottle your brother-in-law brought that you can't identify.

    Why people stay

By the third month I stop asking the same questions. I know which producers you would rather never see again, which house the older Bordeaux is kept in, and which dates on your calendar need a bottle behind them.

Less explaining. Better decisions. A longer view.

    01

    Tonight

What belongs on the table, what to order from the list, and which bottle in the cellar is ready.

    02

    This season

Acquisitions, allocations, gifts, travel, and entertaining decisions handled with one understanding of your taste.

    03

    Over time

Drinking windows, records, valuations, and collection direction maintained as the cellar and the family evolve.

You buy the wine; I never touch it, and third-party costs are always separate. When I source something for you, the fee is 10% on the first $25,000 and 5% on everything above, $250 minimum — told to you before I start looking, and it is the only thing I am paid on the purchase.

You should not have to explain the cellar twice.

Begin with one cellar review, or tell me you want someone keeping watch.
